Hidden Knowledge - Eyes Wide Shut

Fractal Cognitive Technique of Art Therapy - Drawing with closed eyes
Do you know why you close your eyes when you enjoy a scent you like? Or when you grab a favorite bite of food? Remember some wonderful moment? Or when you kiss someone for the first time?
The answer lies in the neurological and physiological response we possess as a species. We are made so, that less than 10% of the information we obtain by sight – everything else we know and we are, comes from other sources: heritage, knowledge, collectively unconscious, ancestral and genetic in us, environment, systems in which we were raised, social environment , personal insights, experiences and knowledge.
Do you know that the same parts of the brain are activated when you imagine your favorite food, a dear person, you think about the trip by plane that you are afraid of or you plan to visit the dentist and when you actually do what you imagined. The difference is in the intensity of the electromagnetic frequency that we measure on MRI, which in the case of “imagining” is only 20% less than the one we have when the activity actualy takes place.
What is our idea of the world, what is our position in that world and our reaction to it?
All this is based on our perception.
Everything we see, we perceive, is based on the principle of the useful, because our brain does not work in absolutes. It work in relations. We contextually read relations and choose useful ones for further movement and survival, as well as for what we consider progress.
By the method of Fractal Drawing with closed eyes, we eliminate the perceptual learned moment and give information about our inner state. Furthermore, by indulging our frequency and oscillation that we produce as a living organism, we choose the colors that are coherent with our condition. With that colors we paint the drawing. We also choose them with our eyes closed, and then looking on the paper, we decide which of the drawn fields we paint with which color. Thus we get a diagnostic drawing and it is the beginning and a ticket to the world of Fractal Drawing Metod. We also do all the following drawings with our eyes closed according to the given rules that allow us to reset all perceptive modules that we have adopted, which do us no good or which we could perfect to bring us even more benefits
NEURONS
The functioning of the nervous system is based on neurons. By birth we gain about 80 million neurons, and by the age of 80 years old we lose about 30% of it (alcohol, smoking, poor and irregular diet, stress, disorderly and insufficient sleep, etc.). Good news are that if we activate the neurons we will stimulate neurogenesis and have the following benefits
– we prevent and slow down cognitive impairment
– Active neurons will connect more and faster to other nerve cells. Ones a nerv cell give fast and swift electrical impuls, that impulse can make up to 30,000 new connections. The creation of highly active neural networks increases exponentially the chances of each neuron for long-term survival.

– Active nerves will get more blood. If inactiv, they get less blood and finally die.
– Active nerves will produce larger amounts of so-called neuronal growth factor (NGF), which is a protein that is responsable to several important processes and have impact on neural networks (sympathetic and sensory activities), but also have impact on certain hormones. (Did you know that people who are in love have higher levels of this protein).
– Neurons that are activated by grafo motoric activity will, among other parts, stimulate the hippocampus, (beneficial even for activating parts of the brain after injury and similar conditions) , so that the neuroplasticity of the brain can be potentially affected and proces of neurogenesis activated.

COLOR AND LIGHT
The nature of light is dual: it appears to act as a set of particles (photo effect and other effects), and sometime it is manifested by waves (interference, diffraction, etc.). The basic characteristics of waves are: frequency and wave length and properties of particles are energy, mass and impulses. The visible part of the spectrum is called light and measured in vacuum goes from 400 to 700nm (wavelength), or 430-750 / 790 THz (frequency). What we see are differences in frequency during these wavelengths.
The color arises from a nerve impulse initiated by colorless light that falls on the retina of the eye.
The quantum particle PHOTON is what allows us to see colors, shapes and the visible world, that is, to perceive what man usually calls human vision. It is an elementary particle – a quantum (it is included in bosons because it has a whole spin quantum number) of electromagnetic radiation that moves at the speed of light in a vacuum. It has no rest mass, and it contains energy. It has no charge and does not decompose spontaneously in a vacuum. It is stable. Spin is the basic property of an elementary particle, since its nature is quantum-mechanical, it cannot be described macroscopically, but can be most closely understood as a mechanical moment, ie the property of a particle to behave like a small whirligig. Spin has the dimensions of the electromagnetic radiation actions.
When a colorless ray of light falls on a surface, it bounces off and travels through our eye into our system: the eye responds reflexively to light. How Dr. Jacob Lieberman vividly explains when a ray of light enters our field of vision – it is as a drop of water falls on the calm surface of the lake and what exists at that moment is a wave that is created. That is the moment in which we are witnessing the existence of that wave. In ophthalmic science, this is called focus and it happens without our will. Part of the light goes to the hypothalamus (CEO – executive director of our system) which controls the endocrine, autoimmune nervous system (Brain of the brain) and part goes to the pineal gland (Regulator of the regulators).
At that moment, we register all the information, and then each cell is orchestrated in synchronization with the stimulus from the nature from which we originated. It happens automatically, without our control, all our lives. When the two dimensions, that each of the two eyes gives, overlap- then we see the so-called depth i.e. we get a “clear” or a clearer picture of what we see.
Gary Greenberg says vividly that every cell has a job (“Evry cell has a job”). Our task is to activate as many cells as possible and discover new informations and possibilities of our being.
As we know each color carries a certain energy, as well as has a wavelength and frequency. That is why we get color as information, not only by sight, but we also absorb it through other energy receptors on the body, primarily the skin, and then by the environment that we perceive as pleasant or unpleasant. Color in our body stimulates the chemical processes of organs and organ systems. Each individual color is beneficial for a certain set of organs and energetically is complementary to it. In addition to increasing the resistance of our body, a specific color also provides information about the level of discomfort it produces, when it is projected on the body. During photodynamic therapy, there is a phenomenon of synchronizing that body makes with colors, starting from uncomfortable to pleasant. This condition is similar to homeopathic medicines, where the best medicine for the patient is the one with the same vibration as his disease, only in minimal but potentiated quantity. Measurements have shown that the energy of the color that we experience as the most loving one, as a rule, is the color that we lack. A color that is not pleasant to us is a color of stress for us, just as a color in which we persist is a color of trauma.
When we see a rainbow, we always feel better, because we get a concentrated color palette with given possibility of subjective choice, where our organism immediately adopts the most necessary one. Each color represents energy information and it is simply shown by the measurement of the reaction time on stimulation by a certain color: red we see the fastest, then yellow, then green and blue. You see it is not a random choice of colors on traffic signs. This is due to the percentage of reactivity that cone cells has: about 64% of them has fastes reaction to group of red reflected light, while about a third are activated to green reflected light. The test of them react the most to roup blue reflected light. Humans have three types of cone cells and are much better at distinguishing colors than most other mammals. Compared to other mammals, we are obviously adapted to our other survival and perception systems. Also, certain colors give us the impression of a faster flow of time (yellow and brown), and blue, white and green opposit – slower. We can see how significant the influence of color is, by the fact that they have the fastest effect on the lymphatic system. The therapeutic role of color on the human body has been known since ancient times. Ever since the time of ancient Egypt, when the sick would wrap themselves in red cloth to speed up recovery. Archaeologists have found openings in Egyptian temples through which sunlight refracted into the colors of the spectrum and was used in healing.
Modern research shows that certain parts of the brain do not react only to light, but that they react differently to different reflected light of a certain color, which further stimulates or inhibits the production of certain hormones. Research by scientists in various fields during the last century is largely used in the Method of Fractal Drawing. Certainly, the most significant contribution is the experimentally measurable physical values of the influence of a certain color, which is further synchronized with the findings obtained through the unconsciously drawn control drawing and color selection with closed eyes. In fact, this is one of the few methods that specifically uses color therapy, so control monitoring does not have to be performed by external methods, but the principle of non-invasive self-correction can be used by monitoring regulatory instructions related to the frequency and wavelength of a specific part of the light spectrum.
